I will say this place has something special! Outstanding staff, very polite and professional. Me and Josh (Bartender) shared a nice conversation. Local patron Travis Barker (not the drummer) sat at the bar with us very nice people. I quizzed Josh on certain aspects of their menu. He brought out the chef! So the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars on the food. Is the smoked ribs had no smoke ring and where a bit on the burnt side. Definitely not inedible, because there wasn’t...

Located in a historic hotel, it has the antique look and feel, and for many is a good place to meet. Located on the corner across from the town square. Good food, restaurant and bar are separated.

You go to Nebraska for beef, and you can't go wrong by ordering a hamburger. Can it be messed up? Absolutely, but not here! I had a bacon cheeseburger that I'll be craving forever. It was cooked perfectly, juicy, and hot, and the fries were delicious. Our waitress was very sweet, kind, and attentive.

I highly recommend Bonfire Grill if you're looking for a delicious and satisfying burger in Nebraska.
