“Traveling through Columbus on our way to a funeral, and googled for restaurants, and were led to the Broken Mug. Scripture on wall fit our mood for the day, a friendly and helpful young lady gave us excellent recommendations for coffee and food, and took very good care of us! The smothered chicken sandwich was amazing, and the “Snow White” coffee was to die for! Highly recommend the Broken Mug!“

“There’s NO drive-thru at this location, so that other review really should be deleted. It’s pick-up in the store; you have to enter through Hy-Vee front doors.

I’ll have to update this once I order for 4-5 people at once. This review is based on up to 2 coffees in one order.

The drinks are always ready for us when we arrive, and they’re correct!

There is a wooden counter (with at least 5? seats) to sit at that looks out through windows to the parking lot.

There are so many merchandise options on display. I like being up-to-date on my tumblers and accessories! Very excited to see the star keychain drink stopper, too.

Dietary restrictions: Free milk substitutions now!

Parking: There are 2 dedicated parking spaces for Starbucks, for example, to pick up your drinks really quickly. If you’re going to grocery shop before or after your Starbucks run, it’s better to just find parking in the rest of the lot- many many spaces available.

Kid-friendliness: I didn’t notice high chairs, but there are stools to sit on, so kid-friendliness depends on the age of the kiddo

Wheelchair accessibility: The Hy-Vee doors automatically open when you approach, in addition to the level of the floor make the Starbucks wheelchair accessible“

“Overall, I had a good experience at Starbucks. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well-prepared. The only downside was my interaction with an employee named Hanna, who was rude and unprofessional. Aside from that, the visit was pleasant.“

“Very friendly staff as you come through the front door. The welcoming Nebraska attitudes are in full force. First time enjoying amazing bagels . Strawberry cream cheese spread has outstanding flavor. Coffee aroma smelled inviting. Many patrons enjoying coffee in small dining room. I was a first time visitor, but definitely will be back in the near future. Sad part is only 2 Nebraska locations.“
