The top pic is what i ordered for 9.99 honey walnut shrimp ...what i got was some shrimp in watered down honey like a bad soup and not 1 walnut....it is gross
If there was an option of zero stars, that would be my choice. It seems not many if any at all take pride in cooking or serving in this area. You can come during busy hours even and the food looks old, food bins are empty with no fresh food being made. The young kids who work during the night could care less to keep the food hot and ready.
Hibachi truck was closed so we went to Hy-Vee. Bad idea. Service was fine, but food was horrible. Overly salty, no asian flavors to speak of. Rice was clearly reheated. We hit them at 5:00 but the egg rolls and crab rangoon were stale. This was the worst take out, Chinese or otherwise, I have ever had. (Considering that their Whalburger is a tight 2nd place for my worst takeout, HyVee is O for 2.) :( :( :(
