The past few times ive gone or ordered food online from there, they have messed up the order or forget something about 12 times now which is ridiculous. Then sometimes they dont answer the phone to help me get the situation resolved
Roberta is the best ,,drive thru was slow and she paid for a big Mac for us out of her own pocket.
Food was cold, Unfortunately understaffed as well. It seems to be the norm now a days. Dinning room area looked like it had no been cleaned for many hours. We struggled to find a semi clean table.

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the friendly staff and efficient service, others express frustration with long wait times, high prices, and perceived decline in food quality. The restaurant is often crowded, with a challenging layout for the parking and drive-thru. Despite these challenges, the establishment is considered one of the better McDonald's locations in the area, catering to loyal customers who frequent the restaurant regularly. Recent visitors have noted that the food was fresh and correct, with all requested sauces provided, and appreciated the positive atmosphere created by customers paying it forward by paying for the car behind them. The staff, especially the helpful and courteous lady who checked on customers and offered to refill drinks, made a strong impression. Parking is generally manageable with plenty of space and handicap accessibility, though highway construction on 23rd Street may require extra caution when entering or leaving. Overall, it is regarded as one of the best McDonald's locations nearby, with a clean and organized environment.
