Crete's best places for Mexican cuisine are in our list.
“His food is absolutely delicious! And him and his family are some of the friendliest and sweetest people I’ve ever met! We don’t go to Crete or anywhere else he may park, without getting Al Pastor burritos, quesa Beria and chorizo tacos! Hasn’t failed us yet!“
“This was my first time visiting Valle Azul and I'm impressed. The menu is more extensive than what is posted on other reviews. The Carne Asada was super yummy. I was served a generous amount of steak that was flavored and cooked perfectly. Loved getting almost a whole lime for juice. I could have used a little bit more avocado especially since I have leftovers. I will easily get three meals out of this plate.“
“What a great find. If you are traveling from outside of Crete this is a must stop. Super authentic Mexican food that is actually authentic. They have gorditas, killer sopes, & even huraches. These things you don’t find at most places. They are extremely skilled at working with masa. Try a sope and tell me I am wrong. They are super light compared to the masa on most sopes and filled with great toppings. I look forward to many repeated times eating here.“
“With the exception that I got 2 chicken and 1 cheese enchilada when I ordered 2 cheese and 1 chicken...it was good. The tea could have been fresher. Tasted like it was a few days old. Service was great, dining room clean. Asked if there was wifi and got told by my server that he didn't know the password. In this day and age, every restaurant should provide wifi for customers. Even Walmart has wifi for customers!“
