“I would not recommend this place on N 204 in Elkhorn The toppings were not even on the pizza, they were all over the box as if someone had dropped it. As soon I opened the box I realized that this was the case, I called and the lady that answered was understanding and passed me off to the rude male manager. I wanted them to redeliver since it was obviously their mistake. They said they can't do that, they can remake the pizza and I could come pick up which is the opposite of what I attempted to do which was have dinner be delivered. They also said I would need to call back tomorrow to get my refund. The manager (a male) was rude. Take your business elsewhere. I suggest Spin!“

“We have been here several times. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. $6 burgers on Monday. Can't beat the value!! Fries are awesome!!! Tuesday Tacos are delicious!! I absolutely love the taco shells and the taco meat is good!!! $10 1 topping pizza on Wednesday...can't go wrong with the cheese pizza. Hands down the BEST cheese pizza I've ever had!! Service is superb!! Always have the good games on the tvs. Highly recommend!!“

I get charged the same amount every time, which is less than I pay for the frozen pizza I like. The staff does their job at least as much of it as they're paid to do. “The GM of this store, Isaac, is genuinely a kind hearted man and ensured I had an Exceptional Experience with this Pizza Hut! I ordered online for delivery. Moments later Isaac called me to inform me his delivery driver was unable to be there, so he immediately said he would have it door dashed to me! The total was a bit over the balance of my debit card, bc I was planning to pay with cash. So I explained that to him…. So I had him delete my sick kiddo’s cookie and he applied additional discounts to make sure we got our food. When the order arrived, THE GIANT COOKIE ? was there!!! My daughter was happy. I just feel like people like Isaac deserve to be recognized for going the extra mile to ensure happy customers even when no one is watching or there to give him credit. He helped me bc he felt that was the right thing to do.This was all right before they closed too. I really appreciate you Isaac!And the pizza was incredible!!“
