“$7 is not too terrible for a 24oz smoothie with the amount of flavor these things have, absolutely wonderful. Staff are always nice at any time of day. There's a few tables if you want them but, I mean, frozen drinks are always best enjoyed on the road with the windows down!

“I made several mistakes when submitting my online order. Shortly after submitting I got a phone call from them to check to make sure it was right since it was not my usual order. It was so great to have them check in just to make sure. They have amazing coffee and the customer service is top notch.“

“They were out of the prickly pear drink that I normally order so I tried the raspberry it was pretty strong I'm not sure if the mixture was exactly right to recipe I had had it once before however when they finally did come to the window they did bring a straw and then they headed out the drink and don't really expect much more than these days. She was very professional but very personable and had a great smile for a gloomy day. My order must of taken a little longer than I expected so when she brought my order out she walked up to me, spoke to me by first name and thanked me for being so patient. Between the quality of what I ordered and the lady who I encountered both times, I'll be sure to make more of a habit to go in more often.“

“Baristas are always friendly. It's the only location open 24 hours. The drive thru line isn't usually bad at all. When there is a big line, it goes pretty fast. If my drink came out extra thick every time I request rather than just some of the time, then I'll change it from 4 to 5. Even when there is an issue with the drink, they are very prompt and helpful to correct or resolve it.“

“01/29/2022 I picked up a coffee for a friend at Scooters at 156th and Maple. I asked the clerk if they could make a white mocha latte that tastes like Starbucks. I was told that they could. I am a Scooters fan so I felt I was making a good decision. I paid extra tip for their trouble. I got to my friends house and gave them the latte. They said it tasted like dirty water. I tasted it myself and I too would describe the taste as dirty water. I feel like such a fool. I apologized to my friend for the latte. We both speculated what was actually in the cup.. I was charged for something that wasn't drinkable. I won't make that mistake again. It's Starbucks next time.“

Especially since I did not order at the intercom place half asleep :/ but I quickly ordered online and they definitely did not seem bothered or give off any irritation when I told them so they quickly got my order ready. They were also doing what it seemed like a company order that had well over 20 coffee orders at the same time. So thank you for your patience and smiles !“
