“$7 is not too terrible for a 24oz smoothie with the amount of flavor these things have, absolutely wonderful. Staff are always nice at any time of day. There's a few tables if you want them but, I mean, frozen drinks are always best enjoyed on the road with the windows down!

“I made several mistakes when submitting my online order. Shortly after submitting I got a phone call from them to check to make sure it was right since it was not my usual order. It was so great to have them check in just to make sure. They have amazing coffee and the customer service is top notch.“

“They were out of the prickly pear drink that I normally order so I tried the raspberry it was pretty strong I'm not sure if the mixture was exactly right to recipe I had had it once before however when they finally did come to the window they did bring a straw and then they headed out the drink and don't really expect much more than these days. “Update: I originally came through and gave a very poor review. However, communication with Scooter's staff was excellent. They replied to my concerns including training staff regarding the warmer trays. This excellent communication gave me reason to return to their establishment. On our return, Stephanie was very, very courteous and apologetic. This time my wife and I enjoyed our drinks. Thus, I am revising my review from a 1-star to a 5-star. I appreciate the communication and the feedback.
Original review: Ordered a large latte and large breve today then hopped back on I80. I was given a large coffee that was very bitter and my wife basically had a coffee and cream. Not to mention we observed the staff putting sandwiches in the warmer on trays that were very dirty with baked cheese, etc. Super glad I didn’t order anything to eat.“

“01/29/2022 I picked up a coffee for a friend at Scooters at 156th and Maple. I asked the clerk if they could make a white mocha latte that tastes like Starbucks. I was told that they could. I am a Scooters fan so I felt I was making a good decision. I paid extra tip for their trouble. I got to my friends house and gave them the latte. They said it tasted like dirty water. I tasted it myself and I too would describe the taste as dirty water. I feel like such a fool. I apologized to my friend for the latte. We both speculated what was actually in the cup.. I was charged for something that wasn't drinkable. I won't make that mistake again. It's Starbucks next time.“
