The restaurant is located in a strip mall, making parking convenient with a drive-thru and ample spaces. It is kid-friendly, with delicious smoothies available for children. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp and doors wide enough for wheelchair access.
A first-time visitor, who usually goes to Juice Stop, decided to try Smoothie King. They recommend checking the menu online beforehand as the drive-through menu can be difficult to read. The smoothie bowls were advertised, but they were out of ingredients for the one they wanted to order. They ended up ordering the Berry Punch smoothie, which was half the price of the smoothie bowl. Although the smoothie was a bit watered down, it had a good berry flavor. There was a wait, even though there was only one car ahead of them, possibly due to only one staff member working. The customer found the experience to be fine overall, appreciating the large menu, drive-through, and in-person options.
On a separate visit, a customer went around 4 pm and experienced a delay in order taking. They ordered a Berry Gogi Getaway smoothie bowl and an Island Impact for their dad, both of which they enjoyed. However, there were only two staff members working, which led to a longer wait time.
