as someone in the food service industry i totally understand being understaffed or having big orders come through and having it take a while, but it’s frustrating when there’s only one car in front of you and you have to sit in the drive thru for 10+ minutes behind them when you have one item. i’m not sure if you record window time but if you do, having customers with big orders/orders that take longer to prepare pull into a parking spot then bringing it out to them would help cut your recorded window time and save drive through customers from leaving upset. other establishments do this and it’s effective.i’d also love to see more consistency with products, every time i’ve ordered an acai bowl it’s filled anywhere from halfway filling the container to all the way full and if i’m paying $12 and the size isn’t specified, it feels more worth my money to go somewhere that has different size options where i know what i’ll be paying for. or at least cover the lack of fullness with toppings.products are otherwise consistent in taste and quality

I am very displeased with how I was just treated as a paying customer I was told by the manager Mary that the owner does not want me in his business. she was extremely rude other than that.Margaret did a great job preparing my smoothie bowl. It was not acceptable. It was very unprofessional for the store manager Mary to talk to me the way she did and it is extremely unacceptable for a customer to be told by the manager that the owner does not want me in his business this is new knowledge to me I was never told that I am not allowed to be there especially as a paying customer. I also did nothing wrong to the owner to be treated in that way. And I will not be returning to Smoothie King.

What’s going on with this store? Manager can’t figure out how to deal with customers properly. None of the staffs know how to take order. Cant have a refund because didn’t like the products..?

Pulled up to the drive through after seeing employees in the store and was asked if I would be using the mobile app. I was then told someone would be right with me. Sat there for 10 minutes with no communication back, upon pulling around I could see the employees hiding behind the counter. The store hours say open until 11, so if they were planning to close early they could have let me know after greeting me. Strange way to run a business, but recent reviews seem to echo this disappointing experience

Not open at 7am!! 7:48 and the store was completely closed!! If you own the business show up act like an owner or change your hours!!

Smoothie bowl for pickup was complete melted when there is a freezer they can be held in. Smoothie bowl was barely half full. For the price one would expect a fullish bowl.

Pulled up to the speaker waited a bit for someone to greet me. Some girl asked what I wanted I started ordering she asked me to hold on. I waited for about 5 min and then another person came on the speaker and asked what I wanted. I started ordering again and she asked me the names of the drinks I was ordering. I said I'm reading it off the menu. They asked me to wait again and asked again what i ordered. They had no knowledge of the drinks they are serving. Got to the window told me the total, gave her my card and she handed it back. She took my receipt and threw it away. She handed me a drink not even saying which one it was out of the 5 I ordered and didn't offer me a drink carrier. She kept closing the window and laughing with the other girl next to her. They messed up a couple drink sizes. When i brought it to her attention she asked if i wanted it remade. She didnt like that i said yes beacuse we paid for a large. There was 3 people in there and no one knew what they were doing. Got home and it doesn't even taste like anything that I ordered.

Walked in and they said it be 30 min wait. Drive thru was backed up and the workers had no clue what was going on. Won't be back.

this location used to be great it's gone so downhill all the good employees must have left I was in linefor an hour paid for two medium smoothies got two smalls that weren't even what we ordered everyone was clueless and super unsanitary felt so bad for the older lady trying to get everyone else to help. I'll never go to this location again. I went on my lunch break from work and arrived back late and still hungry.

I was super excited and drove out of my way to come here on my way home on a Friday night. SO DISAPPOINTED. It took forever so I wondered if something was wrong. When they came to the window, they handed me a half filled smoothie bowl that was SOUP!! "Wanna spoon", more like I needed a straw for the bowl I got. I will now stick to the Papillion location! (The picture below is 2 minutes after getting it and mixing my toppings in)

Let me start off my saying that I am disgusted with the state Smoothie King is in when I went in... there were flies all over the fruit they were feeding people there was a gross stain everywhere I looked and don't even get me started on the manager Kayla. Kayla you have failed your job as a manager time and time again, but recently you have been downright evil to your employees by not giving them time to put work in and give your employees the schedule not even 24 hours in advance and expect them to show up or expect them to get it covered that is not how you run a business especially when your employees are majority teens. And another thing I have to mention is putting your teenage employees in danger by making them work with middle age man who tries to show other employees naked pictures or call customers idiots because they are friends with the people who work there. Overall you Kayla have failed this community and have failed smoothie king. You are not a smoothie king, You are a failure.P.S- firing people is not going to fix your problem.
