This is the third time I made a pick up order online at this location. Walk-ins get priority over pick up orders. Our order was suppose to be ready for pick up at 5:49pm and I walked out with our order at 6:15pm. Others that came after me all got their food before I did. One of the employees did apologize, but this is the third time it happened. Do yourself a favor and instead of ordering in advance for pick up, just go in and make your order. Never been to this chain before, the employees were very helpful, the food was reasonably priced, when I ate it it was delicious. Really hit the spot!! The restaurant was getting near closing time upon my arrival, I was not pressured or rushed. I had no idea what I was doing and they walked me though the process with ease. Very happy, very satisfied.

I first went to this location when it first opened. I will be honest, I wasn’t a fan then. BUT, that has since changed. I am not sure if there has been a change in management or if they’ve just gotten things figured out, but I am a huge fan. The food is fresh and tasty. The service is quick. The ordering process is easy. The pricing is affordable too, especially compared to their competitors. I like that they offer sauces as well as more entree types, like quesadillas.
