We had THE BEST customer service at Big Red last night! Despite every table being full, Our server Tracie K went above and beyond! From grabbing my husbands order while he was standing in the keno line, bringing my older child a cookie even though she didn’t order the kids meal, and even chasing us down with our leftover food boxes we forgot when we were walking out the door! This was the second meal in a month that was not up to par. 2 weeks I ordered a philly. The meat was hard and crispy. Not able to eat. Told the waitress and she just said sorry. Tonight I ordered a Reuben. There was no dressing on it, very little kraut and the bread was pretty hard. I feel the cooking is going downhill. Service is usually good food not so much
Absolutely HORRIBLE staff at this restaurant. Aside from our server, Mia, who was our saving grace from the rude "greeting" our group received upon arrival, this was, without a doubt, the worst establishment I've ever set foot in. If you have a bigger group, DO NOT even attempt to go here, unless you want to be greeted with passive aggressive servers.
