Literally had to tell the cashier at the window my name three different times. Each time it took him 5-10 minutes and then he would open the window and ask my name again. Finally, was told to park and that my order would be ready soon and they would bring with to me. I parked and waited another 10 minutes and then I finally went in and asked about it to find out it was just getting into the oven, even though the app said my order was ready we'll over 40 minutes ago. Talked to a call center and they have no idea what they are selling.
I tried to get one of the specials and they said it wasn’t available for delivery.
I said I just got the same thing a few weeks ago and it states on the website that it’s for both carry out and delivery.
She said sorry sir what else can I get you and I hung up.
If you can’t answer your own phone then i will never be back.
Ordered online and no option for light sauce or side garlic butter. Called after placing the order online and they said they would take care of it. No side of garlic sauce. No light sauce on the pizzas. Oh and I also paid extra for pan crust.... nope didn’t get that either. We haven’t order for Pizza Hut in town for a while and won’t ordering from there again!!!!
