The people that work at Jimmy John's in Fremont are some of the kindest, most compassionate people I've ever met. Today I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to cook, so I ordered Jimmy John's online. I left a message saying "I look like a hobgoblin. Sorry in advance". (Just trying to make light of my cold.) In response they left me a sweet message on my receipt saying, "That's ok! JJ's ❤ you anyway! ❤

Ordered a large lemonade, first of all there’s no straw, okay no big deal. Take the lid off to drink it, it taste like water. So why am I expected to leave a tip before my services after already paying a delivery fee for this?
