3 of the last 4 times it was good.. tonight we sat for 30 mins, paid a cover charge for a band we didn't watch, and never had anyone wait on us. had to ask bar tender for menus, then was told they didn't have what we wanted which was on the menu. Was told someone was a no call no show and that's why service sucked, (by the owner) went up the road and had drinks ordered before we even sat down.. had food within 10 mins love this place but they are in over thier head
I've been to the OT once for a concert. This place is huge for a bar, but provides a somewhat intimate location for a concert. The food we had was great, though the one mixed drink I ordered was not great (could be due to being a little understaffed). In the few weeks before the concert they held contests on Facebook to win meet-and-greets with the artists.They always seem to be working their tails off to get awesome events at their place. I've seen them advertise concerts...
