The sandwich artist's there are very dedicated people ensuring everyone receives the best customer service possible.
They multitask quickly and don't miss the opportunity to make everyone feel valuable and welcomed.

Every single time we've gone to Gering Subway and this older woman named Trinity is working the service sucks. Not just a little but A LOT. Today was no exception, she totally outdid herself today.
She is so obnoxiously rude for no reason everytime we've gone. Today we didnt even get all our order with our kids meal cause she was too busy running her mouth and my husband was trying to get me out of there before I retuned the favor.
Anyone else has ever have the same experience with her?Maybe she doesn't like us, maybe she hates her job, maybe whatever Trinity's problem is she should seek some help. The other gal working is always so nice, making sure your order is right. Hire more of her and less of Trinity.

I want to share some feedback: when I receive Subway coupons in the mail and try to use them through the app at either of my two closest locations, I’m told the locations aren’t participating in the promotion. I only order through the app because I prefer not to order in person, so when the app doesn’t allow me to use valid deals, I simply choose not to order at all. It’s disappointing to get these coupons and then find out they’re not usable, and it discourages me from doing business with Subway in the future.
I use online ordering mostly for the deals and rewards. This location often has their mobile orders off and don't offer the nationwide deals anyway.
Ordered online. And sadly the food was incorrect. The Gering subway has slowly been going downhill due to poor customer service and staff not paying attention.

Horrible customer service they don't care if they forget to put all items in the bag when you order delivery they have delivery for a reason for some people like me who doesn't have a car and then expect a person to walk in the cold to pick up the item that they forgot to put in the bag... what is the purpose of delivery if they don't make it right and figure out a way to make it right.. I would recommend not to order from them...

Horrible customer service!! I made the mistake of spending my money at the Gering subway today. Ordered my sandwiches and was asked if there was anything else I would like. I said yes can I get a box of cookies please. The lady almost rolled her eyes straight out of her head and bit my head off. I got my food and sat down. 3 minors came in and this lady yelled at them. No outside food or drinks. They were good kids and threw out their drinks. They sat down and the little one who was probably 6 years old went up to the counter. The lady but her head off told her "get off my counter" she ran back to her sisters. I went over and gave the 3 girls my box of cookies cause wow!! And this lady had the audacity to yell at them AGAIN. She said "where did you get those cookies cause I already told you no outside food" my bf spoke up and said they were from us. Please someone tell this woman that kindness and customer service go hand in hand. Yelling at a little 6 year old and then all 3 kids when all they were doing was waiting for there order ....shameful

Lady working was very rude will recommend going to the bluffs location. Both my spouse and I will be in contact with management customer service is important and to blantely disrespect your customers is not okay

First of all food is great like always, however the woman helping us (Trinity) was extremely rude and seemed very unenthusiastic about helping us. Not friendly at all. I believe that to revive respect you must give respect away. For that reason until something changes with Trinity’s attitude and behavior towards customers I don’t feel Inclined taking my business or money to the Gering Subway until further notice.

came in for lunch the other day and the place was very busy. Barb was working and she always takes such good care of us. She's friendly and kind and always remembers her favorite customers. I think she's been there a long time and it's just so wonderful to see a familiar face. Barb is the best. She is the reason why I come to this location. It's out of my way But she is worth it. Thank you Barb
