Very over priced ordered the BLT asked the Waitress what sides it comes with. She stated just the sandwich. $13.50 for a BLT, so ordered a side of fries over $17 for just a meal no drink for lunch. It was my Husband and I over $50. This place is definitely over priced. They don't even offer a Veterans or a first responder discount. The waitress was very good but definitely over stuffed when half of them were sitting at a table just conversating with each other. Live in gering, so decided to try this place out.Will never go back again because of the pricing. Food was good but not for the price they were asking. I can get better food at a better price.

I'm well aware of P&L I have ran a successful restaurant for over twenty four years. Matter of fact I was there on a Thursday not a saturday or a sunday. There are time for breaks and there is time for working. So you're telling me you would be willing to be overstaffed. Have your crew sit down wasting labor while on the clock and be over priced. For what I have observed your losses is in wages and making up for being over priced. Make sense. ? Now you have a nice day!!

Not being from the area, I first noticed the name of the business and how well kept while driving past. I'm so glad I stopped! Excellent food and treats made fresh daily ?! Have had breakfast and lunch and both were delicious! Thank you ?

If you go to the mixing bowl cafe DO NOT eat the biscuits and gravy. It made my partner so sick and you can definitely tell that it’s old! There is so reason you should NOT reheat old gravy everyday and then refrigerate it again. Fresh food is what people want! Not whatever food hazard this is.
Not only did was the gravy dangerous, the prices are astronomical for what you get! I got a croissant sandwich and it was barely the size of my palm. I have small hands if that gives you any idea. And i paid about $15 in total… SO NOT WORTH THE HYPE!
What a neat small town restaurant! This is a go to place for food, lattes, and even apparel! Our waitress Michelle was top notch…request her the next time you go in! The nutcracker latte was delish! The design just makes it that much more special! And we couldn’t forget to take a picture with their apparel! ? you don’t get much more small town, friendly, and excellent food and service than the mixing bowl!

Never had someone look at me like a leper until I walked in last Friday morning. I'm 100% sure I mistook the stickers as being free and your barista, 6' and 350-400lbs, looked at me like I was the lowest of the low, stared at me the whole time instead of correcting me and then talked to me like he was disgusted with me. I used to recommend and love this place, but I won't send anyone else to be treated like that and won't be returning myself.
