El Toro used to be our favorite restaurant. The food is always good and servers are normally very pleasant. Last Saturday my husband ordered an enchilada and I ordered soup. My husband got his food but my soup didn't come out. After about five minutes, I asked about it, and said my husband has eaten half of his meal already.
