We go to Scooter's at least twice a week, sometimes three or more. The location on West State is the worst of the two. They are usually out of cups, or toppers, whipped cream. The lines are long, which is not a bad thing however is there no place to tell those ordering the many things you are out of? We have had to take our drinks back because they were wrong. We love Scooters, however, we will not be going to the West State location any more.
I've been there 3 times this last week and not once have they gotten our order right. Time to switch. if I'm paying $7 for a coffee, it better be right.
It’s either a hit or a miss at this location. But I will keep come by for my fix.
