Just had the time of my life at Texas Roadhouse, all thanks to Antwan – the Picasso of Roll Twirls and the Sultan of Steak Symphony! I didn't know rolls could dance until Antwan waltzed in with his hat and rolled those beauties like he was auditioning for "Roll's Got Talent." Our food? Cooked to perfection. I ordered the steakhouse filet salad and I was fine but it needs some tweaking. How about replacing the salad greens with spinach, actually adding the red onion, removing the bacon bits and adding dried cranberries and pecans. Also if your going to drizzle the salad with blue cheese crumbles which is great, then don’t bring me 2 containers of blue cheese dressing instead offer a red vinaigrette. Like I said the meal was fine just a few suggestions.
