“Finally got to the iconic Shady Bend and it did not disappoint. Sunny side up eggs cooked perfectly, crispy bacon, yummy hashed browns and some gravy on the side. My boyfriend had the chicken fried steak and it too was as close to perfect as it gets. Excellent service. I'll be back again to tryout the other items. Highly recommend!“
“We got our food the pancakes and they were great, we got two main dishes. A breakfast burrito and the corned beef hash they both had hair imbedded into them one was a long blond hair and the other was a small curly beard hair, we did let our waitress know and they did compensate us for only the corned beef hash. The waitress was actually talking with us when we found the second hair in the burrito. So I'd say they don't take sanitary practices seriously.“

“We had breakfast at Tommy's while in grand Island for pictures of the Sandhill cranes. It is a local coffee shop serving American coffee shop food. We both had omelets and hash browns. They were good, not great. Coffee was good. Service was good and staff was friendly.“
“Food is great, yum yum. Warm cozy environment that I can rely on to get a good chill in. I can't drink, I can't drive either, so I've never tasted alcohol here. I am 15... The server... Dude sat the table in front of me. He asked to serve, and they let him. Threw a menu at my nose. It was funny though, and it was great. He apologized and continued to take out orders. He then called our friend Keithen Alan. Was pretty funny with names throughout the night. “Thankful that Pilot hasn’t completely screwed up this truckstop… yet. Great stop! TR Grill is a HUGE part of the greatness. Prices are a bit high, but the quality is excellent. Better than the Fast food $&!tholes pilot likes to fill its other truckstops with.“
“If you are a fan of good pizza, you definitely need to try pizza from the Bunkhouse. We ordered the Chicken, bacon, ranch pizza, and it did not disappoint. Toppings were generous, and it was not greasy at all. Way better than most bar pizza I’ve eaten.“
“Went to pick up order and was missing sprinkles on my son's pancakes and didn't have my appetizer. My son was completely devastated that there was no sprinkles called and they gave us a new order of pancakes and our appetizer- they were very understanding of the situation even though the sprinkles were triviual. Everyone makes mistakes but it is how you deal with it and the customer service was very good. Will be back. The food was great too.“

“A local and nationally known, family owned restaurant. The traditional booth and counter seating bring back a nostalgic diner atmosphere. If you're a local or just passing through, I'd highly recommend stopping in for a great meal. Best coney dogs I've ever had.“
“We ate dinner there. Food is so good! Server was great! Prime sirloin steak was season and done perfectly. Great baked potato and side salad with it. My husband had the ribs with sweet potatoes fries and coleslaw. He said the ribs are the best he ever had. Sweet potatoe fries were hit and crispy and good coleslaw. “If you like authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go! It's very good! A huge "thank you" for the large order we placed for our Christmas Eve celebration. The taco boxes, enchiladas, and tamales were all incredible. Highly recommend the taco boxes, they are very authentic like those we've had in Southern California. “We stopped in for burgers. The waitress was wonderful! The burgers were great & inexpensive. Onion rings were the best I've ever had! Fries seemed under cooked but if done correctly I think would have been good as well. All in all, great place to stop in for something delicious & different.“

“I'm going to go ahead and say something wild here. I had the best sandwich of my entire life come from this establishment. I was debating between the wings, and the prime rib sandwich. I ended up making the best decision of my life due to the fact that bdubs was closed and a local said to check out this place. The prime rib sandwich was what some would call a life changing moment. I'm now having to debate how I'll make the 3 hour drive from Kansas every week to come eat this sandwich that changed my entire perspective on food.“
