“I stayed the night here with my speech team and honestly we had a great time. The rooms are all beautiful, and the art in them is refreshingly not modern. That’s how you could sum up the entire place. Refreshingly not modern. Breakfast was good, and I suspect the jam was locally made. Apparently the AC doesn’t work in some rooms, so you may want to bring a fan, my group just opened up the window in our room and we did fine.The entire place is pretty small, but well decorated. It’s not the kind of modern hotel that usually gets awarded five stars, but it is the kind of blast from the past that deserves it.“
“One of the best dining experiences I have had in a while. The new owners/managers have done a great job of reestablishing this local business! The atmosphere was great, and the service was amazing! I had the Polish Sausage Dinner, and it was fantastic. Highly recommend getting an additional order of pierogi as they are addictively good.“
“Me and buffy went here for a quick burger stop. Very homey and comforting. Burgers were good and service was fair for a local place! But the atmosphere definitely made me feel like I was at a local dinner! If I ever pass by Loop City I'd go there again! It was also a little confusing when you had to go up and pay, when nobody told you too! Other than that it was lovely!“
