The Filling Station is a great lunch spot located in a clean parking lot, providing a pleasant alternative to fast food chains along I-80. This restaurant, decorated with old gas station memorabilia, serves cold and cheap beer, delicious pizza, and tasty wings. The atmosphere is amazing, making it a fun place to enjoy good food and drinks. Customers have praised the drink selection as above expectations, and the appetizers on the menu are highly recommended.
Every visit promises food cooked just right, with consistent quality and great prices. The Filling Station is known for its best chicken strips, as well as the best nachos and fried pickle spears in the state. While the pizza is good, some guests have found the burgers bland and the wings overcooked and too salty. This low-key yet lively place is especially enjoyable for gear heads, with a great vibe and friendly service. Conversations with the owner, who is passionate about hot rodding, enhance the experience. Guests are encouraged to try the garlic and herb cheese curds, adding to the restaurant’s reputation as a hidden gem.
