“Best kept secret grill inside the Visitor Center in Boys Town. The friendly staff will make your order exactly how you want it. Plus there are weekly and daily specials. The freshly cooked food is awesome at prices that compare to a drive thru. They have fountain drinks and a small cooler with others. The hours are breakfast and lunchtime only. And orders can be made to go, but there was plenty of seating available.“

“I like First Watch bc I can enjoy many things and still stay on track with my eating plan. I would’ve appreciated the option of whole wheat English muffins, but that issue is the same across the entire chain. The server was very solicitous of my daughter’s specific requests for my grandkids’ menu choices (extra plate to share one adult meal, subbing fruit for their potatoes, extra straws and napkins, etc.).“

The crew there was super friendly. I had a business lunch with a client scheduled, but some calls / emails to get back to before the meeting.

I hate being the guy to take up a table, but really had no choice with timelines.

The crew had 0 issues with it and got me to a table that was quiet and in an area that wasn’t opened yet so we could have our own space and I could knock out a couple calls / emails peacefully.

The waitress (sorry I don’t remember names!) was incredibly kind and great at her job.

Hats off and applause 👏🏻 for such great service. Will be making this a regular thing for business lunches!

P.S. AWESOME food - everything was cooked perfectly - I had over easy eggs, wheat toast, bacon and hash browns with a cup of coffee. Wouldn’t change a thing.“

“I placed an order for birthday donuts for my son. I spoke with Lindsey who was extremely friendly and helpful. When I picked the donuts up the night before my son’s birthday (at a different Hurts donut location) they were not what I expected. I called Lindsey as I thought maybe there was confusion with the order. She went above and beyond and not only replaced the donuts but had them brought directly to us (and we aren’t located close to the store). When I opened the new box of donuts I cried because I was so overwhelmed with her and her staff doing everything they could to make the situation right and to ensure my kiddo woke up to some amazing personalized donuts.“

I’ve been to other locations, but this location was a well run restaurant, The employees were top-notch friendly from the beginning to the end . The quality of the service and the food was 110%!
