I understand they were short staffed however I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes waiting for my food and when I got my food the cheese was thrown into the bag and spilled everywhere and my soda had no syrup in it so it was just carbonated water. The staff had no sense of urgency.

Staff was exceptional and polite, very professional. The food was definitely 5 star worthy. I normally don't like any sandwich toasted but the Philly steak was to perfection. Not crunchy, not soggy. The fries are perfectly seasoned, compli.enting the rest of the meal. The only part of the experience that didn't quite make 5 stars was the inside temp. A little bit on the chilly side which is not normally an issue I ever have. over all 5 stars and in my top 3 places...

Had an issue with a mobile order not going through to the restaurant even though I was charged for the purchase. Went into the location and explained the situation to the manager and he made my order without any questions and didn’t double charge me.
