“this was our first time visiting here and I have to say they have absolutely the best wings I have ever had and before anyone starts claiming this place or that place has the best I know everyone has their own opinion on wings but for me and my family we have eaten wings all over this city and then some WE love these wings and the flavors are amazing. Now as for the service our waitress Kristee G was absolutely 100 percent knowledgeable about the menu and specials ..she was very pleasant and answered every question we had perfectly. I wanted to order the Buffalo chicken pizza to go but I really wasn't sure I needed a full large and let's just say she figured it out for me as well as the extra 24 wings I just had to have to go as well . This place was very clean and inviting it wasn't loud and obnoxious like most sports bars can be ..over all we give this place a 10 out of 10 ..and our waitress and staff a 10 out of 10. thank you Hurrdats we will be back and please do not get rid of Saturday and Sunday wings days .....“

“Took my entire family here for x Mas eve, everyone enjoyed the Food ! Wonderful service , big shout out to the bartender the cocktails were awesome and a bigger shout out to our server Jimmy he was great and recommend the special which was lobster and I hope they have that on the menu again soon because we’re already wanting to go back.“

“Came here with the squad after a Fortnite win. If I could rate it out of ten I would rate it 6.7 stars. First of all they had the chiefs game on and I hate Taylor Swift. The waiters to friendly and the food was to good but there was small portion sizes. The lemonade tasted like water lemon and sugar. The music was a little too loud and they refused to change the channel. But they also do not have ice cream which is a must have. Overall a positive elixir trade.“

Managing a big group is never easy, but she handled every order perfectly—no missed items, no delays, and always with a warm smile.

She checked on us often without ever feeling intrusive, kept drinks filled, accommodated special requests, and made sure everyone at the table felt taken care of. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly elevated our experience.

“We were passing through and needed a coffee. What a great choice!! The gentleman at the register helped guide us to a great drink, the cinnamon dulce. The coffee was not over shadowed by the syrup and milk. Just perfect! We look forward to stopping again when we pass back through. Can’t wait to see what we can try next.“

“They were out of the prickly pear drink that I normally order so I tried the raspberry it was pretty strong I'm not sure if the mixture was exactly right to recipe I had had it once before however when they finally did come to the window they did bring a straw and then they headed out the drink and don't really expect much more than these days. “We recently had an event at Pizza West on Maple for the volunteers of our nonprofit and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The food was delicious and the staff were all outstanding. We arranged things ahead of time via email with the owner and he made it so easy. Everything about this experience was perfect. If you have an event, choose this place. If you just want a tasty dinner out with friendly service, choose this place. If you want an awesome salad bar with homemade ranch, choose this place (I’ve had it for lunch before and it’s my favorite). 10/10 would recommend ⭐️ Thank you, Pizza West, for the top notch service and helping make our event a huge success!“

“We stop as often as we can when we’re driving from Kansas City to northern Nebraska. From our first visit, we’ve been impressed with everything from the pleasant service to the creative menu and dishes. My husband’s favorite is the VooDoo Chicken, but warns that it’s not for the ‘faint of mouth’. It’s delightfully spicy and goes beautifully with the accompanying cooked apples and al dente green beans.“

“Stopped in for some lunch with a friend. Jacob was our server, he did an excellent job, very personable, quality service hands down. My friend and I both enjoyed sirloins, both were excellent. As a chef myself for 30+ years, I was very pleased with the overall flavor, great char flavor that made me feel like a old time cookout with my family. Cooked to perfection, I want another one. Baked potato was stuffed with all the goodies, and was still steaming until I was done. I also enjoyed the green beans. I have been to every TRH in the area, best I ever had, so much flavor. Hats off to you guys, by far one of the best meals I have had in a while.“

She was very professional but very personable and had a great smile for a gloomy day. My order must of taken a little longer than I expected so when she brought my order out she walked up to me, spoke to me by first name and thanked me for being so patient. Between the quality of what I ordered and the lady who I encountered both times, I'll be sure to make more of a habit to go in more often.“

It got on my shoes and all over the floor, then, a kind young man named Levi R. came to my rescue and efficiently cleaned the mess and even wiped off my new white shoes all while keeping a calm, composed demeanor. He even got me a new sauce! Thank you Chick-fil-a, you really are the best fast food restaurant with the best trained employees. 😅😘“

“I've always had a really good experience with this place I don't come here often but when I do it's a very nice group of people came in one time in my dress uniform they ended up giving me an extra dozen which I ended up stopping by the local fire department and dropping it off for them. Max the manager seems like a very positive guy.“
