Ok normally we love this place but my wife raves about the sugar cookie blender and I had it today and it was runny and not a lot of flavor. I called and talk to someone names penny and she’s like “oh well you can’t have one for free or anything I’m sorry that you don’t like it but you know that we can’t do anything about that” I am like ok then. Very sad and her customer service skills need a lot of work to work with the public.
My daughter & I are regulars at this Scooters location & would like to applaud the girls that work here! They have all made us feel so welcome & they always have smiles on their faces. This is our favorite Scooters location because of the amazing staff & how great they do their jobs! Keep up the great work!
