Please train the teenagers you have working drive thru better. Nothing is more frustrating than asking them if all the food is in the bag twice and them saying yes and get home and it’s not correct. Maybe less cell phone usage while working would do the trick.

You tell me why I love this place? I live 45 miles away and every time I come thru Kearney I have to stop. Maybe a burger, maybe a malt, maybe onion rings, maybe a concrete. It's addictive 😍

Man I dont know. GI burgers are great, but just had kearney ones and id say save yourself some money, go to McDonald's and have them throw the burger on the floor then cover it in salt. Thats what all these looked, and tasted like. Whole family agrees (yuck). Sorry, hate leaving bad reviews but I felt this needed to be said just because it actually is a good franchise.

Got two ice creams. A shake and a concrete….my concrete was the consistency of “cereal milk” i questioned it and they told me it’s normal when the custard sits out….we were the only vehicle in the drive through! Why would it have set out?!? I tried to explain to them it was a shake…it even had whipped cream and a cherry on it…..14$ for two desserts that both tasted like milk off a bowl of cereal!! Now I know why the DQ line was so long!!! Should have just waited and at least gotten decent ice cream! Won’t be going again! I highly recommend DQ over Freddy’s in Kearney! Terrible service and even worse “ice cream” it was milk!!!!! 😡🤢

Our food was very good but we couldn’t hear ourselves think with the music blaring!! We asked about turning it down and they were very nice but said that’s as low as it would go. Please for the love of all that’s holy turn it off!! The person taking my order couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t even talk to my grandkids while we ate.

These guys rule. I was traveling on 80 and stopped in like 20 mins to close. I didn't want to be that guy but was hungry. They treated me like family and with open arms. Thank you guys so much
