The desk clerk at our hotel recommended this place for dinner. She said it's great food, great service and it's not a chain--it's owned by a wonderful local family. It was just as she said! The food was amazing and our server was so fun and attentive. The owner's four-year-old granddaughter entertained us with her dancing and giggles. I'd come here any time!
We were going to go to whiskey creek for a steak but I thought better of it bc I cook better than whiskey creek does, so we decided to come here instead. While the salsa and beans aren't my personal favorite, the steak I got was soo good! I love to go out to eat where im not wasting my money!
The pineapple fajitas were very good. Seasoned very well and wasn't overcooked. The cheese, I'm sure anytime you come here, it was cheddar soup. It was more liquid than the salsa. Need to find a better way to maintain a proper temperature. The server was very persistent in asking if I needed anything else right after I shoved some food in my mouth. I wished it was more please leave me, I will call you when I need something type of service.
