I consider myself a BBQ enthusiast and an overall eater Stopped and bought a pound of burnt ends and a pound of brisket Carolina mustard sauce on the side That was an excellent selection Smoky moist and flavorful What else do you want 6 stars if I could

What a pleasure lunch was. Right from the start there were many options to choose from. The nice lady taking our order was also the one that made the Cole slaw and potato salad. I asked which is better? She said both cause she made them. Hahaha. I ordered both. Brisket had great flavor and good smoke ring. Felt like eating at mom’s place. Just great overall experience.
