My wife and I were passing through Kearney and wanted a nice dinner to enjoy while traveling together. The Coppermill was rated high, and ChatGPT even suggested it as popular with the locals. We were excited. There were no hours listed on or near the entry, but online we learned that it doesn’t open until 4pm, so we killed 30 min next door browsing that shop.

I was disappointed in the French dip this time.
Seemed to lack.
