Beef brisket was such a delight! Service was very slow and the atmosphere in Kearney Nebraska isn’t very appealing. Great Brisket, very small size 6 oz maybe 4 oz.Parking: Lots of business around the restaurant conflict with the restaurant parking.
We had brisket and pulled pork. The meat was tender, not dry, with awesome flavor. Also was impressed with how extremely trim it was... No fat to eat around or pick out. I'm stopping by on my way home for more to go!!! Great place to eat!! Thanks Mom n Dad!

Brisket is the best- tender, moist and flavorful. The chicken is dry, and the ribs tender but not a lot of flavor. Great bbq doesn't need sauce but we wished we had had some sauce to boost the overall flavor of the meats. The coleslaw and 'real' mashed potatoes were good. It was our first time trying this restaurant & we ordered takeout. Orders are taken at the counter, but I didn't know that bbq sauces and cutlery are available at a separate counter.
