New China Express Reviews
Placed an online order from here a few days ago. This was the first time I’ve ever eaten here. My family loves Chinese takeout and used to go to Hunans, but they’ve gone down hill ever since the new management, so I decided to try this place instead. The crab rangoons were exactly how I like them, the egg rolls were great, the egg drop soup was perfect unlike Hunans version which is flavorless, as well as both the chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice. I had the lunch buffet and it was DELICIOUS! They were out of one of the items and it wasn’t restocked the whole time I was there. However, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and the workers were very pleasant. I will definitely be back. :)
They do have a buffet, we did not get because it looked dry. We ordered Mongolia beef, hunan chicken and crab ragoon. The food was delicious. Hot and fresh. The portions were enormous, more than we can eat. I would definitely recommend stopping in here.

New China Express is a hidden gem in central Nebraska, offering delicious Chinese food. The General Chicken is a must-try with generous portions and flavorful sauce. The Wonton Soup is also a hit, with large homemade wontons in a tasty broth. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the service is friendly and professional. Vegetarian options are available, with a whole menu section dedicated to tofu dishes. The orange chicken is crispy and flavorful, while the shrimp lo mein is a filling and satisfying choice. Despite some minor issues with the shrimp being dry, overall, the restaurant offers a successful and quick dining experience for both locals and out-of-towners. It is a nice and quiet place to get dinner after a long day, with quick delivery that stays hot. The restaurant has been a favorite for years, and many recommend it to friends. The food is good, hot, and comes in decent portions. The General Chicken is especially popular, and even those with big appetites find it hard to finish an entire serving unless they haven't eaten all day. Although the prices seem high, the quality makes it worth it. The menu includes other tasty options like lo mein, which is similar to stir-fried udon and very delicious. However, some dishes like fried rice and broccoli chicken can be disappointing. Still, customers look forward to trying highly rated tofu dishes or sesame chicken next time. The restaurant feels more like Chinese fast food but remains delicious. Visitors have enjoyed both lunch and dinner, noting that the food arrives faster than expected and the restaurant isn't usually too busy.
