What a mess. Three slow girls working. One standing around waiting for food orders. Took 15-20 minutes just to place an order. The line was 10-12 people deep the whole time I was in the store. Mobile orders ruining it for those of us here in person. Got my order wrong initially. Ultimately took 25ish minutes to get... a hot tea. Never saw a starbucks so understaffed.

Absolutely awful, waited 10 minutes with one person in line infront of me to place my order. They continued to make my drink wrong and forgot to make my egg bites. Took a total of 30 minutes for one drink and two orders of egg bites…

Sorry to say but the coffee is terrible. I had the light roast - and I drink it black. It was bitter. They need to maybe clean their machines? I don’t know. I suppose they get away with it since everyone puts sugar and/or cream in their coffee. Reminds me of the crappy coffee they serve at the hospital where I work.

My Iced Nitro Coffee had NO ice (It wasn't until I was I. My car that I noticed) and the young girl set my drink down on the counter without so much as a shout out what it was. When I asked about my drinks she motioned to the drinks and walked away. What has happened to this country??

Sandwiches are very good. Service was slow, only 1 barissta on duty and at least 3 parties in line, she did the best she could. The shop was similar to most other Starbucks, however, I was surprised that they allowed me to bring our small dog into the building to get her out of the extreme temps.

Parking: Located inside the Crowne Plaza hotel and there might be some conflicts with restaurant and hotel patrons.
