This is our neighborhood Starbucks- we visit multiple times each week. I appreciate the consistent service and quality of barsitas. Whether we walk up to the window or drive thru our drinks are made in a timely manner and the employees are friendly and generous with conversation.My only suggestion would be that they made available the carb count for the drinks. Our daughter is a diabetic, she decided to try a new drink last night and when I asked what the carb count was for a venti caramel ribbon crunch. Two employees told me to google it, I did not have my phone on me and we were headed to run errands. I would have appreciated more willingness to help figure it out. There wasn’t anywhere for them to look. Thank you for reading my review.

Everytime I order a white peppermint HOT chocolate. They manage to screw this up EVERYTIME, this is after I make it clear I can not have COFFEE!!! SO I waste my time and money going here. I have learned my lesson to not go back.

Drive thru only location - part of the draw if starbucks is that its a nice place to stop and sit for a while. We didn't order bc the point was to sit in. It should have drive thru in the name so people don't get off the highway to come here for a break

For Mocha Fraps, I like these better. Not sure exactly why. This is newer location our town and we have not been prior. Just right with walk-up window which is my preference vs drive-thru.

The staff is great. Stopped in on my way to CO. I was not sure what I wanted and the person helping me at the walk up window made a fabulous suggestion. I don't remember what all was in it but it was yummy!!

My shaken espresso drink was so stuffed full of ice that I had only a few sips of actual drink. Terrible value. Entirely too much cost for the drink.

So rude!!!!! The little blonde is very rude indeed. The chai tea was terrible , it tasted like it had potpourri in it. Obviously, they have changed from Tazo to something terrible, such a shame. They also need to invest in trash cans for the walk-up window since it is their responsibility and what is best for the environment.

If you are driving through on I-80, this is not a good option. It's drive thru only and no option for orders that take too long to pull aside and allow others to pick up. It took me 10 min waiting in the drive thru line to get an order that was ready 1 minute before I arrived. The landscape design team also did an awful job with the build of the exit loop, it's entirely too narrow with a curve to maneuver, on top of a 90° sharp angle high curb. Basically, find another Starbucks if you need a quick caffeine fix.

We love Starbucks as much as the next person but we placed a module order at 6:33 Am on 4/8/23 and when I got to the Starbucks it was closed no one was in the building and all the lights were off despite the hours saying they open at 5am. I then went to the Starbucks in the crown plaza nearby and they made my order for me…
