“Huge shout-out to the managers at PepperJax! The issue I thought I had with being charged too much was actually not an issue, but they helped me figure it out. They did forget the cheese sauce in my order, but ended up redoing our entire order for free another day! Zero complaints; food was fresh and all employees are more than pleasant to deal with!“

“Every time we eat at the PepperJax downtown, we get excellent food and service. The employees ALWAYS go out of their way to make things accommodating for our family. The food is cooked right, the place is pretty clean and the staff (although you can see that they are hot due to the humidity by the grill) have a smile on their face and take pride in what they do. It is our PepperJax of choice in the Omaha area!“

“Have loved Charley's sandwiches for years! Such a shame this is the last one left in the Omaha metro.
Had another great philly with fresh fries just today. Service was good and the meal was put together well. Hope to return soon!“

“The restaurant is in need of an update. The staff was very friendly and the kid taking orders was hysterical and had me in stitches.
The pizza. The toppings and sauce were tasty. The crust, not so much. Lansky's is a few steps above the pizza chains that have cheap pizzas and a few steps below my favorite pizza places (they are my favorites after all).
Overall, I'd recommend their pizza and would get it again.“

“To the kid with the glasses and the kid training tonight... great job. You two kept that restaurant going in a bad situation tonight. I believe one of you said someone walked out on the job earlier I do want to say, we came in late and waited over 30 minutes for our food.... worth the wait! The kid training was obviously training but he tried so hard and did amazingly! The kid with glasses that was doing the training and was catching up on the online orders, great job. You both rocked! To the manager that was more concerned about cleaning the lobby, taking out the lobby trash, and venting to the customers, shame on you. You could have helped them catch up, which would have taken you about 5-10 minutes but took them about 30. You could have stopped to help catch up, but nope, let's let the hourly employees take the heat from the people in line so he can get out on time. Everyone is short staffed right now but I hope these two kids replace the manager someday. They understand that this is still hospitality despite being short staffed.“

“I was told by the guy working behind the counter the Philly there would be a good choice and he wasn't lying, you know the food's good when you got to go home and change your shirt after, i was wayyyy too into the sandwich and not watching my juices, lol so worth it =)
Good steak flavor, not overly salty but seasoned right, i was very happy and the bread held firm down to the last bite, not rock hard or overly chewy, just a sandwich all around
