To the kid with the glasses and the kid training tonight... great job. You two kept that restaurant going in a bad situation tonight. I believe one of you said someone walked out on the job earlier
I do want to say, we came in late and waited over 30 minutes for our food.... worth the wait!

This is our go to spot for pepperjax. Ever since we ate lunch there on 12/27/25 we haven’t stopping throwing up or pooping. Worse thing ever.
My husband and I stopped in to get a couple of sandwiches to go. The employees were nice and the restaurant seemed clean. Unfortunately the food was just okay. The Philly sandwiches at Mama's Pizza in La Vista taste better and are less expensive. The fries were over salted.
PepperJax Grill offers generous portion sizes and delicious food, with many staff members being friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff work well together to get all orders out quickly, even during busy times. The restaurant's cleanliness has been a concern at times, with some reports of dirty tables and floors, but overall, the food is great and worth the wait during lunchtime. Customers particularly enjoy the Philly steak and fries, especially when fireballed, and appreciate the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. However, some find the packaging of fries to be flimsy and feel that the cash register may pressure them to tip. Despite these minor issues, the dining experience remains positive, and the staff's effort to make guests feel like valued visitors is highly appreciated.
