The sign was still on, doors were unlocked, people in a different group walked in with us but told me and my family (with a baby) that they weren't going to serve us but let the people who walked in with us be the last ones to be served

We stopped in after a great dinner at Osaka, I’d like to think that I’m not getting dumber As I age but, I’m not sure why every picture in the place shows their ice cream in a small waffle cone When what I ordered was not served in a cone nor did anyone ask me if I wanted a cone. The ice cream that I ordered wouldn’t have been able to be put on a cone because it looked like a dish of milk with clumps of chocolate chip and cookie dough in it. The girl that Handed it to me, said that she put it in a bigger dish because their ice cream was really runny that day. My wife ordered a different flavor and hers was fine but, served in a dish without anyone asking about a cone. I think the real reason I feel dumb is not that every picture on their menu showed ice cream cones, it is the fact that I spent $18.11 on one small dish of ice cream and one bigger dish of milk with chocolate chips and cookie dough in it. I should’ve just drove another quarter mile to the QT and it would’ve been a awesome experience!

Been to this location few times with my husband. There were times when two ladies working, everything was usually fine and they were very friendly. Some other times, there’s this younger guy, I don’t know what’s his problem. Like last time, he has this rolling his eyes attitude when I walked in and not only did he not had my order ready which was ordered 20 mins ago, he ended up giving me the “saddest” looking ice cream I’ve ever seen. There was so little ice cream in that cup barely half way through. I honestly didn’t expect a $8+tip a cup of ice cream looking that way. So at that moment, I decided I’ll definitely never go back to this location, maybe even any other cold stone. Plenty of ice cream places in town got way better customer service and delicious ice cream.

Deliver for Uber and Kendra was so kind and the most helpful in this store when they were out of chocolate ice cream for a customer. Thanks Kendra!!!

Young kids working were not focused on customers. Were more worried about who was gonna be able to leave work early.

I would strongly recommend overhauling this staff before peak summer months

Walked in around 7pm in may (probably one of their busier times) and there were no workers. I didn’t think anything of it and waited for about five minutes, then we started hearing laughing from the back and I started to get annoyed. I realized the door had a bell on so we opened it twice. Still no workers out and they’re still talking and laughing in the back. After about ten minutes of waiting I opened and closed the door like five times so hopefully they’d hear. They came out and I was still respectful despite being annoying but they acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job

My husband and I stopped in for an after dinner treat last week. The employees did not acknowledge us or even smile in our direction and once we were ordering they were not welcoming or friendly. Our ice cream tasted good and we loved the idea of the mix-ins. I do wish there was a water station for drinking.

I am so thankful that this location was able to go above and beyond for my family to provide a birthday cake for my son that other locations would not even touch. They took custom to another level and honestly provided a bigger cake than we were even anticipating. For the price we paid, I am super thankful for the value they provide provided!

Walked in and ordered a oreo shake and a waffle cone with the new banana pudding ice cream. Never was asked if we wanted a fixings for the banana ice cream. We had to ask for them and the oreo shake was mostly milk with little ice cream and even less oreos. The place was out of lids, and out straws for the shakes. No one had a idea of what to. If known of how the location did things would have left

Not the best experience here. Ordered the new banana pudding ice cream, had to ask for the mix ins to be added after they just tried to give the ice cream in a bowl. Also got a oreo shake. It was like soup and with a dusting of oreo ( so more milk than anything). They were completely out of lids and no straws for shakes. If things were communicated before hand would have gone somewhere else.

We’ve had great experiences at other locations, but unfortunately, this one was a disappointment. Overall 3/5 stars—the caramel apples were good, but the service and organization left a lot to be desired.

Food 5/5
The caramel apples themselves were tasty! We had the apple pie apple and another variety with chocolate and peanut butter. They also cut them for us, which made them easy to enjoy!

Service 2/5
This is where things really fell short. Despite being the only customers in the store for a while, we weren’t acknowledged at all while standing at the chocolate counter. We actually had to be the ones to greet the employees and ask for help with the apples.

The bigger issue was that the staff didn’t seem familiar with their own promotions. There was a large sign advertising Buy 3, Get 1 Free on caramel apples, which is exactly why we bought four. When we were charged full price, we had to ask about the deal. The employee seemed surprised, even asking if the sign was still out. After confirming that it was, he adjusted the price but didn’t offer any kind of acknowledgment or apology.

Then the other employee had a hard time assembling the to-go box. We were eventually handed a box of apples with an open lid and a ripped handle, along with the statement: "I don’t think that’s how the box is supposed to go, but I can’t get it closed." We waited until we left to fold the tabs together properly so as not to embarrass him, it was obviously something he had never been shown how to do.

Atmosphere 2/5
One thing that stood out (for the wrong reasons) was the number of handwritten signs scattered around, letting customers know what they were out of—important things like milk, which meant milkshakes weren’t available. Given that there's literally a Costco next door, this seemed like an easily solvable issue for management that was engaged with operations.

The apples were good, but the lack of training, awareness, and basic customer service really hurt this visit. It feels like a management issue more than anything, and hopefully, they can turn it around.

Had Cold Stone for the first time since I was a kid and I’m disappointed. The wait times, customer service, and quality of the ice cream were all lacking. There were at least five staff members behind the counter and only one of them was wearing anything resembling a uniform, the rest of them were just a gaggle of unkempt teenagers in street clothes. I understand that it was a busy Saturday night when we came in but it felt like there was a lack of focus going on behind the counter that led to a wait time longer than what was necessary. I ordered a shake and was told they couldn’t do that so I ordered a scoop of chocolate and when I got it there were ICE CHIPS in it. So much for that smooth creamy ice cream every advertisement in the store boasted about. Oh and they forgot to give my girlfriend a spoon. Won’t be back.
