Love Alamo!!! Staff is always pleasant. This place really enhances the movie-going experience
Super great experience
I enjoyed going here when they had an actual menu and you could write down what you wanted on paper and someone would come and grab the paper when you wanted refills. Now you have to use an QR code to order. I had trouble navigating the online ordering and missed part of the movie. Gift cards do not work.

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema La Vista offers a unique movie-going experience. The theater maintains a quiet atmosphere and provides attentive table service, making it easy for guests to use gift cards. Pre-show videos, previews, and food, along with local beers, receive high ratings. The absence of commercials is appreciated, and movie parties are noted as a fun, unique experience. The food menu features various items, and bottomless popcorn is well-regarded, even if the food is a little pricey. The theater hosts events like horror movies and movie parties, and overall cleanliness and a good experience are frequently mentioned. Customers appreciate the environment, picture quality, and staff, but find the place to be very expensive if planning a full meal. The only downside mentioned is the 18% gratuity charge, which some customers feel should be optional. Despite the cost, customers report having an awesome movie date experience with fantastic drinks, delicious food, and fast service.
