On March 13, 2025 I went to Culver’s to get a meal with a family member. At the drive through I heard a lot of static on the other end, so I said hello. I didn’t hear a response and so I said hello again. A voice came over the intercom and said “is this lady retarded or what!?” As you can imagine I was pretty upset and let the person on know. employees had three chances 1.guy taking order 2.girl I asked to check on my order 3.managet? who gave me a refund but didnt offer any compensation other than refund.
