Love Jimmy John's but this location is the worst one I've ever been to. Took forever to get thru the drive thru, screwed up or order, went back inside and was treated like I was bothering them to ask them to fix their screw up.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. The customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced! I ordered a number 1 PEPE.... And received a slim #1. I understand that mistakes happen and everyone is human but the way they handled it was down right ridiculous! I call to chat with someone about the mix up and I first get some young kid and can't seem to find my order.... That's always relieving.
