You know what you’re getting going to BK, but if we ever pass through Omaha again needing some BK, we will stop here. Service was beyond spectacular, clearly a young man that still takes pride in his job! That is what makes the difference!
The guy at the drive thru was rude. Why is it that all the burger kings suck with customer service and they always mess up the order and the restaurant always looks run down. Even the very few that are renovated still have bad service. Is this only in Nebraska and Iowa? The commercials are better than the service. When we want BK, we try to think of which one to go to and hope that the service will be good but every single time, it's horrible.

Burger King has really gotten pricey. For three of us to have dinner here, it cost me $40. Portions have gone downhill, but the overall taste of the food is still miles ahead of McDonalds. Service was not the best, and the atmosphere was like a Turkish prison. Will I spend $40 for three of us to eat here again in the near future? Probably not.
