The service, the wine — absolutely perfect! So fortunate to stumble across this gem in the middle of the state. Shout out to Lori who took such great care of us. Would recommend to any and all!
Enjoyed wine & pizza on the patio!! Very nice place and we will go back.
Awesome band and food trucks when we were there. Sitting out on the covered patio, enjoying a glass of Buzzards Roost. Great management. Looking forward to going back to Lexington and Macs Creek.
The Class of 1984 kicked of their reunion weekend at Mac's Creek and everyone had an amazing time. Due to rain, the fire pits we were hoping for were unavailable, but this venue has plenty of seasonal seating. The live band was great, playing good music from the 80"s really set the tone for our festivities. Food trucks were available for those who needed a little something in their bellies. I have to say, the wine and the beer are great. I highly recommend their award winning Buzzards Roost wine...Fabulous. So, if you are looking for a night out check out Mac's Creek for a laid back great time.
This is a great venue. It is an awesome place to go and hang out. The wines keep getting better. My recommendation is to go early with your group. There is no reserved seating first come first serve. So it is awesome place for groups to turn up together and to find seating together as you come in as a group. Another thing they post everywhere all festivities end promptly at 9 pm with 8:45 being last call. I am used to much larger vineyards open until at least 11 pm. Luckily we had a place to go after Mac's Creek Vineyards.
A great place and top notch families who operate it, the staff they have is amazing and very helpful
Really nice place, great appetizers and a lot of options of drinks
I cannot praise Max,(owner), Seth(son) and Kip for what they did for my dog and myself while we stayed at the winery through Harvest Hosts. This program allows you to stay with your camper overnight(self-contained-- no utilities at Vineyard). My husband had emergency surgery while we were camping. They watched out for me, offered me a hot shower and whatever I needed. I felt very safe. Now that you know what great people they are, come and visit the winery. Great tasting wine(have cider and beer brewed on premises, as well as the wine). Also offer appetizers. On Friday nights there is music. The grounds are pristine. Hospitality is beyond superb. Come and meet the McFarlands . You will be glad you did We have made forever friends.
This is our second time at Mac’s Creek. Great wines and delicious appetizers. Dog friendly, and welcoming staff. A beautiful, peaceful atmosphere on the patio looking out at the vineyards. We will return any time we pass this way.
Had the most wonderful time last night. Stayed in the Poncu cottage, it was amazing. The music was great, Braxton's food was delicious. Beautiful place. Will be back soon.

This place is so very bad LOL
Great wine, great beer, great nachos and wonderful staff! Thanks for being a flexible Harvest Host!
Second time I've had the pleasure of visiting and remembered to take a few pictures! Beautiful place tucked away in Lexington!
Great Beer and Wine! Their indoor and outdoor spaces are awesome. The Chicken Salad is probably my favorite appetizer they have.
Excellent stop ....must have crabby Abby cider!!
