“Had lunch at China Hy Express the other day and it turned out pretty good. The food came out hot and fresh, and the portions were big enough to fill me up. I tried the orange chicken, and it had that nice balance of crispy and sweet. The staff was polite, though service could’ve been a bit quicker. The place was clean and prices were fair“

We enjoyed listening to him tell us the family story of coming and starting a restaurant and finally settling down in Nebraska with this wonderful place to serve such great Mexican dishes. The food was fresh cooked and very flavorful. The service was excellent and feels as if we made a friend that fed us well and was good company while we dined.
