I feel bad for the person that got my Au jus instead of their Apple Crisp. Took ours back to our room clear out by the interstate or would have come back for the Au Jus..Won't go to this Arbys again. How hard is it to check and make sure the order was right.
This has to be the slowest Arby's in the world..23 minutes from the time I ordered till I got my food in the drive thru..with 1 truck in front of me..has to be the worst service ever
Thanks Arby's, for charging my $9 and giving me the completely wrong order. Thank you for sending me a coupon for a free combo in response to my complaint and then NOT accepting it when I try to use it. Oh, and thank you for not putting the lid on the drink so it spilled in my car before I had to give it back because you wouldn't take my coupon. Seriously? Wish I could give negative stars.
