“Reasonable prices for high quality smoked meats. Parkers doesn't stop there though. They have sandwiches and chicken and dinners with gravy, and my new personal favorite, a ribeye Reuben sandwich. Good food and it's a small regional chain I think just locations here in Lincoln and Ashland as far as I know. Feels good to support a small business like that, and the food and customer service is just an extra bonus. It's a good sized restaurant, but it's also really popular so some nights there could be a little bit of a wait. I nearly always get take out so I can't really speak to how long the waits last.“

“I couldn't find how to leave a review on google so I came here next. My spouse and son came here for a nice lunch. It was super busy but we didn't mind. My partner ordered the BBQ Pork Nachos on Tortilla Chips. (We have tried every single spot in Lincoln that offers these as he is an extreme lover of bbq nachos.) I was already nervous of his rating/review because he is super picky and high maintenance when it comes to his nachos. 🫣🤣 .... But he said these were out of the world amazing. The meat had good flavor, he looooooved the white queso and the bbq sauce was the perfect flavor and consistency. We definitely will be back!!!“

“Wonderful! Got a whole duck and pork belly. The pork belly skin was crisp and delicious and seasoned so well. The duck was excellent too. They came with some sauces which I was skeptical that I would like (because I don't like sauces as a general rule), but really did compliment the flavors of the meat.“

“Todays February 7 , 2023. I always love to eat bbq of famous Dave in Lincoln specially there beef brisket . I was surprise this is our first time to get a salty food . It seems there chef was mad in cooking . I’m terribly hungry and at the same time I’m upset because we can’t eat our food we order . The manager was nice it make me feel better when I talk to him. But anyway everyone is not perfect I forgive but terribly I’m hungry . Probably better to eat at the restaurant not to take out.“

“I have been a steady patron spending around $200.00 a month there. Saturday I had company so thought I’d let them see what NE. BBQ was like. One slab was just ok, another was good and the third was not moist, hard ends that could not be chewed, really bad. One of qt of potatoes the potatoes in top of container were good but the bottom half were hard and dry. Are you under new management? So very disappointed.
