“We always get the family platter and add a side of burnt ends. Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausage and burnt ends are my favorites here. The cornbread, potato salad and baked beans are excellent. If you are looking for delicious BBQ for the family or large group, Porky Butts is definitely the place to dine in or take out!“

“Pulled pork is amazingly delicious! Mac and cheese is better than my mom's, but don't tell her I said this. BBQ sauce perfect! I also got my mom the half slab of ribs dinner. She absolutely loved her meal. I got a to go order Superbowl afternoon and the staff was spot on! I'll be back to try your brisket!“

“Today we ate at the Dodge St. location. It was clean and smelled delicious. I had the pulled chicken with fries and it was awsum. Will definitely eat there again.“

Bought a huge dog bone.3.79.….going to send it to my sons golden retriever.. in Seattle...he LOVES bones.
Great place for deli meats and salads. Also got old fashion hot potatoes salad. Was delicious!! Stop in for a delicious treat! Staff was very helpful.“

“Seriously one of the best New York Strips I've ever had. Nothing but fantastic experiences here with great service, super delicious food, and kind staff. Consistency is also on point which is lacking at many other Omaha steakhouses. Jeremy is an awesome server and goes above and beyond to make every visit a great one. Highly recommend.“

“I went here this weekend that just passed with my friend and our waiter Ryan was so lovely and helpful, he gave us recommendations since we have never been to this establishment. He was also super funny and made the dining experience so fun! Definitely a good place for some yummy Korean bbq!“

“Had lunch at Smoking Jays the other day while I was in Omaha & it was seriously delicious bbq!! I got the sample platter- my favorites were the potatoes, brisket, & the wing!! But it was all really good! Will definitely be back!“

“Our food was hot and freshly cooked. The pizza was perfect. Definitely get the wings charred and double dipped.
Just a heads up the BBQ sauce is a bit spicy. I like heat, but you may want to ask if they have a mild version for the kiddos. 😊“

“My wife, son, and myself were in Omaha for the weekend. By sheer happenstance, we received a tip from a gal in our home town 5 hours away. So glad we stopped. Hands down one of the best pizzas we've ever had. Courteous staff, prep/cook time was fast, and great prices. 10 out of 10 would recommend.“

“We’ve been coming here for years and always return for the food because it truly is amazing. Unfortunately, this particular location is in serious need of an update.
Food: 5 out of 5. Everything on the menu is top-notch, and they have some of the best wings in town.
Building: The space is extremely dirty, and there’s no proper kitchen exhaust, so you’ll leave smelling like you just finished working a grill.
Bathroom: Easily one of the dirtiest restrooms among Omaha dive bars. The floor is usually wet, and it’s filthy throughout, not just the toilets but also the walls, trim, and sink.
If you visit one of their other locations, you’ll get the same great food in a much cleaner environment. This location, however, is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and refurbishment“
