Fast and friendly! Really consistent food and a lot of variety while holding true to what they do best! The catering is a great value. Food is always made fresh and the lunch pricing is great. Bbq is not always this palatable to everyone!
Got the cheese fries with pork. Very generous portion. The sauces were unique and quite good. They are vinegar forward and not like the sticky sweet kc BBQ that is more common here. I really enjoyed the Carolina mustard, which is unusual for me. Would like a sauce with some celery seed and a little more thickness, but all and all the uniqueness of the ones they had won me over. Mac and cheese was very good, a little smokey and not too heavy.
