We ordered the 3-5 Texas feast so we could try everything. Well everything was so peppery you couldn’t really taste the meat. The pepper just sat on the back of my tongue. We questioned if the brisket was smoked because it had more of a roast consistency. There was no smoke ring, no variation in color to reflect it being smoked - it looked more like a mushy pot roast. This place was PHENOMENAL! Had 3 Vampiro tacos and they were honestly to die for 👌 packed with tons of flavor! I’m super glad we decided to come here for dinner tonight and going to recommend anyone who will listen!

Based on reviews, J's Smokehouse BBQ offers some of the best barbecue in Omaha. The brisket is incredible, juicy, and tender. The ribs fall right off the bone, and the pulled pork is juicy. Other menu items include sausage, smash burgers, brisket tacos, queso tacos, and pulled pork sandwiches. Sides like street corn, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, fries, and coleslaw are all delicious and top tier. The staff is kind, hospitable, friendly, and quick. The restaurant is clean and well kept. Everything is a 10 out of 10, and it is no wonder they stay selling out.
