Not sure if it's because they only broil their steaks and can't get the interior warm before the outside burns but I expected better preparation for the cost. Still a good cut of meat.“

“My fiancé made reservations for my birthday! It was super special! We sat at the bar until our table was ready! The bartender was awesome! Super knowledgeable and it was apparent she loved her job! When we were seated at our table, we were seated at the Brother’s table room. Each room has a different theme. The setting was very intimate and romantic. I ordered the Filet Sebastian and Jeremy ordered the New York Pepper Strip. The meals were AMAZING! The adult drinks were yummy and for dessert, we ordered the flamming baked Alaska! Everything was perfect and our waitress was super friendly! It was the best Birthday dinner I ever had! I would recommend this restaurant a million times over! You will not be disappointed! “We had reservations for 6:30, but weren't seated until after 7:00. The hostesses were very kind and gave my 3 year old some tortilla chips to snack on while we waited. After we were seated, everything was fine. Our server was very kind and seemed happy to be there. All of our food came out perfect and was delicious! “

“Sunday evening dinner. Good idea to use their website for the wait list. They do not take reservations. Servers act as a team to cover tables. The main server takes orders, but others will deliver drinks, bread, and meals. I had the Road Kill chopped steak with grilled mushrooms onions covered with pepper Jack cheese. Too salty for my taste and the grilled onions needed more cooking time. My aunt had the 20oz bone in ribeye that was perfectly cooked to medium. She ordered a smaller size but the big one was delivered. It did show up on the bill. The noise level was very high, resulting in the error. Suggest Servers repeat order in such conditions.Parking: Slots in front of restaurant occupied. Had to use adjacent lot about 100 yards from the restaurant“

“My wife and I were in Omaha on a Wednesday evening. Looking for a different place to dine in the Old Market area. New to this restaurant, and it is a hidden gem for great meal and experience. Atmosphere was very unique and comfortable. Food was out of this world. Beautiful cuts of locally sourced beef. Couldn't partake in alcohol, but the wine list is impressive. “We had quite a rough start to our evening but when we came into saltgrass that immediately changed. The manager greeted us and was extremely nice off the bat. We had briefly told him about our experience at a different restaurant prior to coming in and he was very apologetic and kind. Our waiter was very attentive and had a really great sense of humor. When we were done with dinner the manager came back over and gave us a card for some money off our next bill. I have only eaten here one other time and i can confidently say that this place beats Texas Roadhouse by a mile. This restaurant is full of really great people and they should be really proud of themselves.“

“I want to give this place 4 stars mainly for the price, otherwise it's a homerun. The salad bar is excellent, the service amazing, the meats, so good. But with dessert, tax, and tip it was nearly $175 for 2 people. I wish I would have fasted for a day or so , so I could really work on getting my money's worth. Make sure you do before you come. Everything here is worth tasting but you'll want to be properly full when you get the bill. A tip to save a little, you can get $20 off coupon by signing up for their mailing list. You can buy $50 gift cards for $40 at Sam's and Costco. But these two things can't be combined. So one or the other.Parking: There is limited street parking out front or a parking garage a block away. We lucked out on a spot 30' from the door on a Sunday.“
