“I liked the atmosphere and the food was great but our Server James F. was OUTSTANDING!! He paid attention to every single detail. He went above and beyond and had a great knowledge of the menu. We travel for business so when we come back to Omaha we will have to make it a priority to come back and definitely ask for James. I hope Fleming’s understands what an asset James is to their establishment and commend him for his service. He is truly a GEM 💎“

“What is there to say about Sullivan's Steakhouse, but amazing everything!!! Steaks were melt in your mouth delicious!

“The environment was great. It wasn’t super loud. Our waitress Shelby was very friendly and checked on us just the right amount of times. They did mess up my fillet which was supposed to be medium, but it came well done. David came by to apologize and reassuring us that they were fixing the mistake. We had told him that it was our five year anniversary And thought we would go there for the first time. The customer service I felt was exceptional. They even gave us a card with signatures for our five year anniversary, which was very touching that they were thoughtful enough to do that. I would highly highly recommend. Such a great experience from start to finish. Now I cannot wait to taste the desserts that we took to go.“

“Our server wasn't very friendly, never checked on us, we'd have to find her. She spent a lot of time at another table though. Ordered Flo's Filet, undercooked and was the same thickness as the sirloin. Told mgr but he argued it was a filet, but a different cut. If it was different cut, then not filet!“

“We just ate there for our 6th wedding anniversary last night and it was an amazing experience!! Ally and the staff went above and beyond and made our night so wonderful and memorable 🥰 The food was outstanding and the Billionaire cocktail she recommended was delish! She made the dessert special and everyone even signed a card. She was so personable and genuinely nice, I can't sing Ally's praises enough, thank you again!!!“

But even more, I want to thank them for an extraordinary gesture: I was just visiting for the weekend, and I forgot my purse there. I emailed them, explaining I had a flight the next day at 5 p.m., and knowing I wasn’t local, they kindly opened before their normal hours to return it. That kind of empathy, along with the amazing food, is unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place with soul, quality, and people who truly care about their guests, this is the spot. “I always have a wonderful experience. The food is always so delicious. The waitress was so polite. Wasn't over me every second but was there when I needed her. Was attentive to my needs. Was sure to ask if I wanted all the sides. Which I did not. I love that she was mindful of wasted food. The gentlemen bringing the meat was great. I had mentioned I wasn't interested in anything spicy. They remembered that. Was great at bringing the specific meat i was interested in. The salad table always looks great. I did splurge for a special occasion and the dessert presentation was detailed. My plate stayed full as I requested meats. The gentlemen were great staying attentive of my stop/go card. It was a slow beginning of the evening and one of my biggest pet peeves is waiters chatting loudly, gossiping while guests can hear the gossip. I was right next to the waiters stand and they were so quiet to chat. Which I feel is extremely respective. I had a wonderful time.“
