“Ordered a 12 oz NY strip and was given something else. Told the server and head cook brought out 3 steaks for me to choose from. Felt like i was being put down because i know what my steaks. After my family had eaten their meals i finely got my steak and ate it while my family waited on me to finsh eating.“
“Enjoy Jack Binion's Steak House. The service has always been the best part of having dinner there. All the staff are friendly and seem to enjoy working there. The food has always been great. I do wish they would bring back the use of tablecloths. That really means fine dining.“
“I've been told to go to J Gilberts for years now. Very happy I finally had the chance. I loved the prix fixe menu options. The wedge salad was amazing along with my prime strip. Cooked to perfection and crazy flavorful. Finished with a delicious creme brulee. I flipped a coin for my starter cocktail and would definitely try the smoked old fashioned next time.“
“Mushroom bake and cheesecake were outstanding. Paid over $100 for a bone in ribeye and it was raw in the middle portion near the bone. Not sure if it's because they only broil their steaks and can't get the interior warm before the outside burns but I expected better preparation for the cost. Still a good cut of meat.“
“I love it here. Great steak (although a bit salty for my palate), quiet, speakeasy atmostphere and very friendly waiter, Joe. Wish they don't cut up the steak though.Highly recommend for anniversaries and bdays. We always end up paying $400+, but the experience is quite worth the price.“
“We have gone to all locations do prefer one over the other but food is excellent at most locations usually, this latest the cheeseburgers were kind of tasteless , the drinks were good got the koala duck punch didn’t care for the spicy chicken bites but the sauce was good the seasoned fries was goodParking: Plenty of parking has handicapped parking availableWheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible and parking“
“I've been going on the Thursday "taco ride" to Tobey Jack's Mineola Steak House for tacos and margaritas regularly for about 10 years. We also always stop in while on multi-day bikepacking trips and other group rides on the trail. I really enjoy the overall atmosphere and especially love it when they have live music outside on the patio. If they could up their bean taco game, I would visit even more! Thanks for being such a staple of southwest Iowa for so long and giving riders a great destination on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail every day. Here's to many more years of taco rides!“
“We all appreciated the attention of our server and the quality of our meal. The ribeye was done to perfection and the Mac and cheese was about the best we've had. We celebrated a birthday and our choice for our meal added to making the celebration very special!“
“It was a last minute event to celebrate my mom's life. She passed on Monday and they were willing to set up the back room for us, gave us the privacy we needed. On top of that the food was great and service was amazing. I believe our server was Lacy and she was great. Thank you to them all.“
“Johnny's is excellent for the state of Nebraska and the filet mignon or prime rib is most probably their best choice on the expansive menu. A great place to go out to a satisfying nice lunch or evening meal as part of a couple as well as a group meal on weekends as well as weekdays. If you try Johnny's cafe once you will return on any special occasion“
“Was seated pretty quickly, waitress was quick to get our drink orders. Ham and bean soup was very good l. Beef barley soup also good. Both soup and salad came out quickly. Prime rib was cooked perfect to medium rare. Fried shrimp and hasbrowns also cook to perfection, home made bread was fresh and very tasty.. out waitress Donna was probably the best waitstaff I've ever had. Paid attention, checked on a few times but not to many or to little. Very friendly and knowledgeable person..her alone would garentee a trip back here...but the food was also amazing and will definitely be back“
“My wife and I were in Omaha on a Wednesday evening. Looking for a different place to dine in the Old Market area. New to this restaurant, and it is a hidden gem for great meal and experience. Atmosphere was very unique and comfortable. Food was out of this world. Beautiful cuts of locally sourced beef. Couldn't partake in alcohol, but the wine list is impressive. Service is both professional and friendly. Best reccomendatiilon.“
“I organized a dinner party at Sullivan's and it was a tremendous success! The event manager, Robert, was super helpful and accommodating, and made the organizing process seamless. Our server, Sarah, was very friendly and hospitable. She helped us order the perfect amount of dishes as well. Everyone was delighted with the quality of the food. I highly recommend this location for your next fancy outing.“
“I want to give this place 4 stars mainly for the price, otherwise it's a homerun. The salad bar is excellent, the service amazing, the meats, so good. But with dessert, tax, and tip it was nearly $175 for 2 people. I wish I would have fasted for a day or so , so I could really work on getting my money's worth. Make sure you do before you come. Everything here is worth tasting but you'll want to be properly full when you get the bill. A tip to save a little, you can get $20 off coupon by signing up for their mailing list. You can buy $50 gift cards for $40 at Sam's and Costco. But these two things can't be combined. So one or the other.Parking: There is limited street parking out front or a parking garage a block away. We lucked out on a spot 30' from the door on a Sunday.“
“Rather busy and loud, stuck to my headphones but that's good for buisness! Maybe invest in noise Dampening wall decor?Food was amazing, best steak I've had in years. Above and beyond.Service was wonderful, obviously busy but still polite and courteous.I like this restaurant, very happy dining here.“
