“The overall experience here was exceptional. From the nice atmosphere to the nice staff that was very tentative. The steaks were well prepared and seasoned just nice. The wait for a table or for a server was not bad considering how busy it was. I also enjoyed these drinks. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in Council Bluff or Omaha area.“

“Wow. What a pleasant suprise for Council Bluffs, Iowa. We have certainly been sleeping on this place and will definately return. From the appetizers to dessert, the food quality and seasonings were on point. Dinner started with complimentary bread service, a rustic rosemary scented loaf served with whipped butter and a compound sundried tomato and herb butter that was divine. Shrimp cocktail was very fresh, large well cleaned, ice cold shrimp. Cocktail sauce was perfect with the correct amount of horseradish to provide the needed kick without bringing tears to your eyes. The crab cakes were amazingly crispy on the exterior, little binder and mostly all crab. The sauce served with the cakes complimented the crab perfectly and the micro greens provided that needed pop of freshness. The crab bisque was creamy, buttery and smooth with crab lumps served center bowl on a toasted crouton. The house salad with the house dressing, a white balsamic vinagrette, was fresh and crisp with the dressing providing that vibrant citrusy pop. The lobster tail was large, perfectly cooked and served with melted butter in a chafing dish to keep it warm throughout the meal. The filet mignon and ribeye steaks ordered were masterfully grilled to a perfect medium rare and seasoned exceptionally well. The broccolini was delicious with a hint of garlic and a touch of butter. The mashed potatoes were good. A bit thicker than i would have preferred and they could have done with some whipping to incorporate more air into them and diffuse some of the denseness but the flavor was spot on with the buttery creaminess and slight garlic undertones the menu decription promised. The chocolate cake for dessert, made on site in the casino bakery we were told, was moist and rich and definately tasted fresher than a brought in dessert item you get some many other places. I would be remiss if i didnt mention the phenomenal service provided by Rachel, a true professional. We anticipate returning soon for more!“
